Why get your vehicle professionally tinted?

Many people choose to tint their vehicles because it makes their vehicle look dark, sleek and down right awesome. If you decide to tint your vehicle’s glass, here are some points to consider:

  • Applying tint correctly requires years of experience, top quality materials and a lot of finesse. Getting tint to apply perfectly to today’s curved auto glass without bubbling, peeling, or scratching is a task best left to the patience and expertise of professionals. Don’t be fooled by unrealistically low prices: you will inevitably be saddled with low quality tint, a poor job, or surprise extra charges.

  • Tinted windows block the sun’s harmful UV rays which reduces interior fading and extends the life of your vehicle. It also helps to reduce your exposure to UV rays while driving.

  • Tinting reduces glare and the irritating effects of direct sunlight, proving a safer driving experience.

  • Tinting windows reduces interior heat to help increase the efficiency of air conditioning.

  • Tinted windows have been proven to reduce theft making it harder to identify valuables inside a vehicle.

  • Tint helps to hold shattered windows intact.

Shades and colors of tint

We have auto glass tinting available for all types of vehicles in a variety of shades and colors.

The darkness of window tint is measured by visible light transmission percentage (VLT%), which is the percentage of light the tint allows into the vehicle. The lower the percentage, the darker the look of the tint.

We will work with you to determine what shade of auto glass tinting is best for your vehicle and your lifestyle. For Missouri the legal limit is no darker than 35% on the front two doors; any windows behind the fronts can have any darkness on them. For Kansas, the legal limit is no darker than 35% on all the doors and the rear glass. Most vehicles that have factory tint on them have a 20% tint. We will put what ever shade you like but just be cautious you may get ticketed for operating a vehicle with darker than legal tint.
